Phil is Embeint’s co-founder and CEO. He spent more than twenty years at CSIRO / Data61 — Australia’s national science agency — putting intelligence on devices that have almost no power or size to spare. His PhD was about evolving code on those devices, not in the cloud. If you work with Embeint, Phil is the person who still cares whether the algorithm actually runs on a 30-gram ear tag in a paddock. Customers get a CEO who has shipped sensing in agriculture, tracking, and the field — not a slide deck.
Karl Von Richter

Karl is a co-founder and Embeint’s CTO. He is the person who turns a messy real-world product idea into a stack that can actually ship: radio, firmware, mobile, and cloud together, not as four separate projects. He spent years at CSIRO on the same constrained, outdoor problems Embeint now productises. If you are an established business adding your first intelligent product, Karl is who you want in the room when the architecture is still on a whiteboard.
Jordan Yates

Jordan is a co-founder and Embeint’s Chief Engineer. He does not just use Zephyr — he helps run it. He sits on the Zephyr Technical Steering Committee and is the official maintainer of the LoRa / LoRaWAN and CMSIS-NN subsystems. He came from CSIRO’s Distributed Sensing Systems group. Developers and hardware partners get someone who will argue about a schematic and a power budget, because that is how devices last for years in the field.
Elena Moran

Elena is Embeint’s COO — the person who makes sure the company can keep the promises the rest of the team makes. She has worked in both corporates and start-ups. Most recently, at Brisbane Strategy Ventures, she supported that firm’s portfolio companies as they prepared to grow. Customers and partners should find Embeint easy to work with. That is Elena’s job: operations, governance, and trains running on time without becoming a bureaucracy.
Peter Murray

Peter is Embeint’s Chief Commercial Officer. He is the person most customers will meet first. He spent years at Amazon and at Silver Spring Networks shipping real IoT at infrastructure scale — including full smart-grid deployments — and is openly customer-obsessed. If you want to add intelligence to a product, introduce a portfolio company, or just work out whether Embeint is the faster path, start with Peter. He would rather solve the problem than perform a sales process.
Jace Galvin

Jace is a co-founder and runs Embeint Cloud — the path data takes off the device, into your systems, and back down again. He started in firmware, so the cloud is designed for devices that sleep, drop off, and cannot waste a joule. If you are integrating Infuse into your own backend, Jace is why that interface is meant to be boring in the best way: secure, configurable, and built for time-series IoT rather than generic web traffic.
Aeyohan Furtado

Aeyohan builds the firmware and on-device intelligence that make Infuse real. He came from CSIRO’s Distributed Intelligence team, writing Zephyr for devices that have to think with almost no power. If you are bringing a new board or algorithm onto Infuse, you will likely meet him in the details.
Robert Sandona
Senior Cloud Engineer

Robert is the senior cloud engineer making the Infuse Marketplace something researchers and product teams can actually publish to — not a slide. He has spent a decade building SaaS that has to work in production, including healthcare-grade systems and start-up platforms he helped found. His job is the unglamorous one that matters: a path from someone’s algorithm to a device in the field, without a science project in the middle.

Nancy is co-founder and CEO of RapidAIM, taking a Brisbane-born agricultural IoT company to the world. Before that she was a Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO. She advises Embeint on how research becomes a product people will actually deploy.
Marcelo has taken products from silicon to global channels — including years at Texas Instruments and Intel, and later building and exiting companies. He advises Embeint on how to take a deep-tech stack to market without losing the plot.
James has spent his career in ultra-low-power IoT and has advised companies across that landscape (including names many developers already know). He helps Embeint stay honest about product and positioning — especially against adjacent platforms.
Simon is an angel investor and operator who helps early companies find their first capital and their first customers. He advises Embeint on how we show up for founders and for the VCs and angels who back IoT startups.
